FastGrasp turns YouTube videos into structured summaries, transcripts, tags, and quizzes. You're responsible for your account and for the activity that happens under it. Please use the app lawfully: don't abuse it, try to break it, disrupt it for others, or use it to infringe anyone's rights.

Summaries, transcripts, tags, and quizzes are generated automatically by AI. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading, and they are not a substitute for watching the source video or for professional advice. Please use your own judgment before relying on anything the app produces.

The videos you summarize belong to their respective owners. FastGrasp does not claim any rights to that content. When you use FastGrasp with YouTube, you are also responsible for following YouTube's Terms of Service. Only use the app with content you are permitted to access.

FastGrasp is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't promise the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any summary will be accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FastGrasp and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Your use of FastGrasp is at your own discretion and risk.

You can stop using FastGrasp at any time and delete your account and all associated data from Profile → Delete Account in the app. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if we need to protect the service or its users.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use FastGrasp after a change means you accept the updated terms.
